Cosmetic Fee Plan (CFP) is a flexible monthly payment option offered through Cosmetic Center. It is specifically designed for cosmetic surgery - with payments as low as $69 per month.

Applying online with APF "Advanced Patient Financing" is very simple! Complete the application form and submit it. CASH OR CHECK

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due two (2) weeks prior to surgery, with the exception of January, November and December, which payment is due in full three (3) weeks prior to surgery.

Personal checks are accepted only prior to the due date, then cashiers or certified checks will accept in their place.
